Outline of our ideal Lead Management System

The idea is that we need a web-based system for:
-receiving
-storing
-qualifying
-tracking
-scoring
-publishing
-distributing
-selling
-reporting
-generally, managing

…sales leads for our lead generation agency, called Selmore (Get More) Leads.

We are going to design, build and deploy the entire system on WordPress with the help of Gravity Forms and a variety of its recommended add-ons and extensions.

The system should be responsible for handling the entire workflow (with automations where necessary and appropriate) from start to finish.

We will build and then continuously innovate the system to ensure the best results of:

(1) top quality leads
(2) at the most profitable margin with the
(3) best i.e. most efficient customer service.

It should be easy to use & maintain, highly efficient, global/international and with extensible functionality (of course, need we say again, profitable).
